Please find below all the essential info, terms & conditions about the rental of this Budapest student apartment. In order to rent a single room a written agreement is to be signed when moving in and additionally a security deposit is required. Prices are to be intended per tenant where all of the utilities are included in the monthly rent.

* In order to rent a Budapest Student Room a written Lease Agreement is be signed (in English and Hungarian). Additionally a Security Deposit is be paid together with the first rent. The deposit will be later totally refunded before the tenant moves out, after checking the room/flat conditions.
** A Budapest Student Room can be reserved paying just a small Reservation Fee. This fee is a down payment to be deducted from the security deposit and payable in advance via Bank Transfer / PayPal / PostePay. Later on tenant shall pay just the balance due of the deposit together with the 1st rent, as soon as he/she moves-in the flat, and upon signature of the Lease agreement. Costs are to be intended per room / tenant!
