** In order to rent the room a written Lease Agreement (in English and Hungarian) is to be signed as soon as the new tenant moves-in. Additionally a Security Deposit is required, this will be later refunded at the end of the tenancy period.
** If required it is possible to reserve a single room paying a Room Reservation Fee in advance. This fee is a down payment deducted from the Deposit and payable in advance via Bank Transfer / PayPal / PostePay. Later on as soon as the tenant moves-in, on the day scheduled to sign the contract, he/she shall pay just the balance due of the Deposit together with the 1st monthly rent.

This nice and cosy Budapest shared flat is completely furnished and it is at the ground floor of a new building. The total area is 65m², with additional 16m² terrace and 60m² private garden! The garden is not accessible either from the building hall or from the street.

The Budapest Shared Flat is just 5 minutes away from the central Astoria square in district VII (beginning of district V) with the Metro / Subway Station (Red Line M2).
It is located in the well known Kazinczy utca right in front of the legendary “Szimpla Kert” pub & cafe which represents the centre of the nightlife in town.
