Step by Step Room Renting Procedure
| Reservation | In order to reserve one room a Booking Fee is required. This is payable in advance via PayPal or Bank Transfer. This will be later subtracted from the Deposit Fee. Tenant pays at check-in: Monthly Rent + Utilities + 200€ Deposit Fee |
